I take however long I need to do a proper heavy lifting bodybuilding program. I am by myself and it usually takes about an hour without cardio. I think the most important thing is that you consistently train and lift proper. Nutrition is a whole other animal.

I would like to see ampules of tren hex made by someone today. It’s an expensive raw so spending the extra money would be very cool. It would fly off the shelf. My favorite compound by far! It seems to burn my fat 24/7 while keeping me hard and full. I felt like an actual bull.

You are gonna get some responses you might not like but... I think your dedicated and definitely can get results. I would add 600 mg EQ with gh and igf1. You sound like your at a plateau so bust through it! Obviously your gonna need to raise your testosterone dosage and if you get bloodwork...
