It works but you have to make up your mind that you want to quit and stay away from people that do smoke while your using it. I'm lucky my company pays for it and I didn't have any wild dreams. The one thing I did notice on the first day on it was that it made a cigarette taste like shit.
You can do it man dont ever think you cant there's no harm in trying. The easiest way I found to get the weights up is to hold the dumbell high on your legs close to your body, then when you go back you have the momentum to get them up. Hope this helps bro.
Get back to or beyond 260lbs. Plus completely be done with smoking, its been a fight but I'm down to just 2 or 3 a day with no meds. Dont worry BWV you'll break 200lbs, just up the test.
