The recipes should work fine for those concentrations. Anyway i dont like go higher than 2% with ba. And for the prop i recommend you use 20% of bb. Short sters are easy to crush later, you will be safer with 20% of bb. So that will give you 20ml of ba and 69.5ml MCT oil. Those are my 2'cents...
