The z-track method is a technique to injecting that displaces the tissue and keeps the liquid contained in the tissue layers below the subcutaneous skin layers.
The "Z" denotes pulling the tissue to one side.

i just read read this whole thread..where do it say that anyone deliberately injects air into there muscle.. i see where it says that people just a small air bubble to replace the area at the end of the dart where gear is wasted...
looking back i'm sure now that he is a father that wasn't the best thing to do in his live... i'm sure the guy has second thoughts about that.. and i'm not 110% sure of this but he did go back and spend well over a year back with his mother in between his two BB winning years

ok i leave alittle air in the dart.. just enought to push out the little bet of gym candy that stays in the end of the jacket... it's really just a small air bubble..
