    my last leg workout was supersets with leg press and leg extensions for 5 sets of 25 reps each. then bodymasters squat machine for 4 sets of 20reps. thanks skip:puke: :drooling:

    I agree DC works I am using his ideas for my calfs and getting the best gains I have every had. I would think the hardest part about DC training would the mentle feeling you were not doing enough sets

    Yea my guy just stoped carrying JIN kits also because of the HIGH risk getting them from china now. seems they are looking for them much harder now. I liked them better than most kits out there.
