    I would not slow down on the weights, and I would add more cardio....45 min to 1 hour 4-5 days a week. Your diet sounds pretty good, as long as your not having too much fruit...its still a sugar. Maybe add a couple of protien shakes to help you get in enough protien throughout the day...

    I have been poking around looking for some info on kelp, and I have not really found very much as far as amounts go. I am just going to follow the recommeneded amount on the bottle, till it runs out.....lol, which is usually a month.

    Just to make sure I am clear.........your legs is where you carry most of your bf, or they are too muscular? If it is that you carry your BF in your legs.....it really is impossible to "spot lose" BF...you just have to keep working at it, and the BF is going to drop off where its going to drop...

    You could cut the Winny in half and use half EOD, and I would use 10mg of anavar ED. OR, you could use just one of those 2 and get 2 rounds out of it. My decision would really be based on how near of future the show is.

    I'm not sure how much on the kelp.....I have not tried it before...but I am thinking of it at the end of this T3 round....so, I will see if I can find it. Until then, here is a BUMP :D

    No, I didn't have any problems from clen affecting my menstrual cycle....and I have not heard anyone complain of it. The only time you may, would be if you got your Body fat extremly low...then that would be from the low body fat % and not really caused from the clen.

    Workout question

    If you can do 20 min at a time...thats what I would stick with, and try to do it 2 to 3 times a day. In the am, lunch break, and after work.....It doesn't all have to be done at the gym to be useful...walk at home, go bike riding, jogging, trampoline, jump rope...anything that gets your heart...

    In a perfect week.....I lift 4 days and do cardio for 5-6 days.....if I can get 2 cardio sessions in....I do 1.5-2 hours.....if its only one 45min-1hour. I haven't had a perfect week for about a month or so....hmm....maybe thats why I am in a rut....tired 'cause I'm not working out like I got...

    I am in a RUT right now.......I hate it....I am grouchy and everything.....I am going to the gym tonight and trying to get a good workout done. I think for me things have been so hectic at home and work for the last few months, that I am just wore out....and now, I can't seem to get my head...
