I have use them for benching and they never rolled on me. They do give your forearms a hell of a pump and your grip gets stronger to. The only problem I see for you Boss is I heard you jerk off a lot and your grip mite be to much for your micro dick. Lol
Cool. Do you use it on training only or every day? Right now I'm applying 100mcg on training days only. But I was thinking about applying 50mcg a day on non training days. Good or bad idea?
