On stage for the State title overall posedown with my good buddy "Rooster" (the guy on the left).
In later years this other guys career really took off and he went on to win 3 x NABBA Class 3 national titles (2 of them in consecutive years) and represented Australia at the NABBA Universe 3...
I have been hanging here quietly for a while (usually hang at the Aussie section of Bolex as I like the Aussie local scene) but I like the standard of discussion and the intelligent contest prep info here and I have also spoken with Skip off the board a few times so................I thought I...

Take him up on his offer, your problem is one of caloric imbalance and you will gain far more by addressing this than taking gear at this stage.
At 6'0 I would wait until I have eaten my way to at least 220 lbs before I even considered gear.

I like 2-3 coats the day before the show, a very light shower on the morning of the show just to take off any of that "dirty buildup" that can some times occur (30 second rinse with no soap) and then...
Have used it to carb load but (similar to Skip) drop it at least a day or two out.
Obviously depends on your carb loading approach as to whether you do it gradually over several days or shitload a la Skip's methods.

I have similar issues in my marriage but my wife has been an incredible support. I have the usual competing interests, a "normal" career, family life, 3 yo son and more but my wife has always understood the burning desire to compete.
Despite the usual squabbles of an 11 year marriage I...
Thanks for the responses. I dont have access to supersolvent as I am an Aussie and there is no local source.
Our customs here are some of the tightest in the world so I dont want to import anything that might be construed as remotely associated with AAS.
I will most likley make another batch...
