    Olive Oil Supplementation?

    I'm going to give this a try with the olive oil, it's going on my grocey list. I usually have some for when I cook my ckicken in the pan for stir-fry, but ran out. Never thought of using it in protein shakes. I also need to pick me up a bottle of Flax Seed Oil.
