I have read that the danger of burning muscle is low in those that have a higher body fat %.
If you are already lean, you MUST becareful on what you are doing since t3 doesnt play.
but even if you are fat, learn,read and search before buying and starting a cycle.

Cardio is the base for my BF losses. add in resistance training and a well thought out diet and you will see the fat melt off
get a heart monitor and get your ass on a treadmill or something

I have been using Cytomel and Clen
well the clen sucks bigtime for me, i was up to 10 pills a day at my peak and never a side or a fever.
i dunno, i will try again once i have shed more BF which could be the problem.
I like Cytomel, i have been using low dosages so i can stay on it longer...

reisitance train 3 days a week, eat clean and DRINK WATER!
