You'd think that was the case, but often even Pharma grade products don't have enough in them. The manufacturers forget that there's this little bit that gets left in the tip of the syringe. If there's truly 10ml of usable product, there will be more than 10ml in the vial.

The water was given to me also, 1.14ml was what was on the vial. Don't remember seeing iu on it. Found an insert online on Omnitrope 5.8mg, and it says that after mixing, the concentration is 5mg/ml. It also says the dry powder of 5.8mg equals 17.4 iu. Hmmm...now that I'm digging around...
