    bro it is the tren-Put up the incline and walk or use a stair master or bike. It is the same principle as when your back pumps up.

    I think there R-ala is crap. I used twice as much of there R-ala as I did some old ALA and got little effect and never felt hypo. With the ala I was hypo all the time.
