In that case post your diet! No offense but the first words out of someone's mouth who's not gain is..... I eat all day long or I eat everything in site or All I do is eat or.....

I would work first on getting my body levels of natural slin normal first. This can be done through exercise, metformin and IGF.
BTW: Even if you overproduce slin, it's not going to come close to the amount that you can inject.
If you eat red meat- you need less, if you don't you need more creatine in general. If you use super supps you can take more (20g), if you don't (or aren't on) use less (5g or <).
A lot depends on your diet and supplementation. A diet lacking in red meat- creatine, IMO is a necessary supp.
If you are on super supps, then a dose of creatine as high as 20g a day is not unheard of!

For one always buy creatine solo not mixed in with sugar.
Studies? Studies? We don't need no stinken studies! But I'll throw this at ya, guess where creatine is found mainly (in real food)? Red meat! Guess what most people cutting take almost completely out of their diets? Red meat...
