Do you have this book in the States? It was written in 1838 by a Belgian author called Hendrik Conscience. It's a book about a battle between the Flemmings (which I am) and the French.

No no. I meant if you bulk up now, the fat will come off easier when your start dieting afterwards. You see muscle mass burns tons of calories and so with additional mass your resting metabolic rate will go up, which will make dieting easier afterwards.

Actually ephedrine can be used safely upto 180 mg a day. I would personally indeed not go over 100. And at a dose of 180mg I would recommend taking any C and A along with it.
There are coming out more and more studies about ephedrine being fairly safe. Most of them are pubished at Will Brinks site.

I think it depends on how much creatine you have in stock. I believe that's the reason why some users like me don't see sh*t with creatine, simply because they have lots of it. I eat lots of red meats.
