    I took yoga classes for a couple years til they got cancelled and it helped me a lot with flexibility and support muscles. I go higher reps and lower weight now too. I also do less running and more on the cardio machines due to the pounding on the knees.

    The biggest thing you can do to slim down is cut starches - no breads, pastas, or potatoes. Also no soda and cut back or cut out alcohol. And as Lee Haney said "Consistency and intensity is the key" when it comes to training. Just go to the gym every morning before work and have a strong resolve.

    I hate TV! The media sensationalizes tragedys and exposes national security weaknesses for ratings. I'm not convinced there's not the ability for people to watch us through the tv if they wanted. I read the paper too while I'm eating breakfast and take it with a grain of salt (figuratively lol).

    Hey guys, just sayin hey. I'm new here. I'm in my 50's and work out regularly but I've found I have to do more reps and less weight as I get older cause my joints hurt. Who made that shirt "old guys rule"? I wanna kick him in the nads! lol. Anyway, I'm hoping to learn more here other than...
