I'm now doing double sessions on the treadmill. 300 cals each time at 4.0 mph.
I did a trial run last night and I'm not happy with the results. I felt like shit all day today (spent the day in the bathroom as well). I don't know if it was because my BF% isn't quite low enough yet to notice a difference, but my metabolism just didn't respond well to all that sodium and fat...
OK, great. I talked to the other guy's and here's what I'd like to do.
At the completion of the 1st round - drop 5 - add 2.
At the completion of the 2nd round - drop 3 - add 1.
That will leave you with 1 reserve player for the remainder.
Hey Bro, I was thinking of allowing everyone to drop any 5 players and add 3 at the end of the first round, drop any 3 and add 1 at the end of the second, and then finish with what you have.
