We make gains and grow when we rest. So take time off every other day or 2-3 days through the week. With that said don't get lazy. I've seen more guys these days under train, than over train.

I vary my rep range. I start with 21 reps for a few sets then increase the weight as I go 17 reps, 15 reps, 12 rep, 10 reps... I typically don't go under 8 reps with hamstrings.
I would be so lethargic on those dosages I wouldn't be able to function properly.
I really liked SUPERDROL but for me personally 10-20mg daily for a short period is all that I would run.
For sheer appetite increase it was MK677 hands down. I don't think I can state enough on just how hungry MK677 made me. Its was the point of scary, I literally couldn't satisfy my appetite at times.
I think if you hire a coach he deserves to get paid a fair wage but something that's affordable to both parties. 40-50% of prize money is just wrong in so many ways.
I always love the MR.O but where was the conditioning at this year? I want to see the rice paper thin skin, striations and definition along with the size.
