    When I first started reading this I thought you were trying to bulk and then I got to the cardio part. Like the others said go by bf % and how you look in the mirror. Try to stay away from the scale, maybe limit yourself to checking it once a week like every Monday.

    tugs, i'm having trouble following this too. What i would like to see is what your entire workout looks like for the week for all bodyparts. Here I see Bench press = Chest Close Grip = Chest/Tri's Incline Fly = Chest Dumbell Press = Chest Skulls = Tri's This sounds like a chest/tri's workout...

    no pad, just a shirt or sweatshirt. you'll get used to the bar on your back. chest pullovers???.....I'm stumped on this one too, not sure why you'd consider doing these on leg day. other exercises you can do, extensions, presses, hacks, lunges, etc. if you need a leg workout hit me up.
