excellent exercise to help bring out cuts in the legs. we do these usually with 30-40 lb dumbells walking down one side of the track. i go down one side and kidrok does his set back down to the other!!!

I've always used small doses myself too, I keep them small until my body doesn't respond like it has in the past. I've generally used approx. 500 mg of test and 300 mg of eq, but now im up to approx 600 test and 400 eq.
I think you've gotta ask yourself are you still getting good gains...

I went over and read that post, it's amazing how some people just can take any criticism. That kind of crap is exactly what i don't miss. I've got so much more important things to do than argue back and forth guys online.

pump - i haven't max'd in a while either. When I'm on a good cycle I usually try to jack my squat way up so within a few weeks I'll try to get my squat back up to mid 400's.
I'd like to max out on a flat bench, but my shoulders are so bad that I know I'd get hurt trying so I gotta stay away...

I think you bp is actually high at 140/90. Kidrok just posted something on blood pressure and you should go check that out. You can make a few diet changes or you may have to add some medicine to lower it. There's a bunch of info in the thread for you.
