    crank - my last meal is about 3:00 pm and then workout about 4:30 pm. Then home right after for another protein shake. Lately, I haven't been real hungry after the gym for food so I've been leaving an mrp in the truck to drink on the way home.

    gnb - the last one i used was the NYC stack that anabolic fitness had. not too bad though, it has norephedrine, yohimbe and caffeine. If I'm not mistaken don't we have until April 1 to get products with ephedrine in it??

    lol!! sorry sm, i know it's not funny. i think the regular clen tabs are 20-25 mcg's. I've gone up to 5-6 a day, but only for a couple of days because it was too much for me to handle. you just took the equivalent of approx 15 tabs!!! the good thing is you won't ever do it again.
