crank - my last meal is about 3:00 pm and then workout about 4:30 pm. Then home right after for another protein shake. Lately, I haven't been real hungry after the gym for food so I've been leaving an mrp in the truck to drink on the way home.
gnb - the last one i used was the NYC stack that anabolic fitness had. not too bad though, it has norephedrine, yohimbe and caffeine.
If I'm not mistaken don't we have until April 1 to get products with ephedrine in it??
I'd go with the longer cycles personally. I've done many 8 week cycles and it seems like when the 8th week rolls around everything is in full swing and it's time to go off. Now the shortest I do is 12 weeks. That's just my experience, you probably have to try the longer cycle and see how you...

big bump for excel. sm i've done the same thing as you. i created a table of the foods i eat and then just list the food i've eaten and it fills in the rest.
lol!! sorry sm, i know it's not funny. i think the regular clen tabs are 20-25 mcg's. I've gone up to 5-6 a day, but only for a couple of days because it was too much for me to handle.
you just took the equivalent of approx 15 tabs!!! the good thing is you won't ever do it again.
