DAY 4 - ABS
Today was my normal abs and cardio day, but I was running on only about 3 hours of sleep from the night before. So I decided to skip the workout and get some rest. I still pinned 60 mcgs in the abdomen today.
Side note: Calves are CRAZY sore.

Since I can't split the dose and inject my back, I did the whole 60mcgs in the abdomen. Again, no pain, and pumps were about what they usually are.

Deadlifts - 275 5 sets of 6
Lat pull downs - 200 5 sets of 6
Hammer strength rows - 270 5 sets of 6
T bar rows - 160 5 sets...

Meal 1 - 2 scoops whey protein
Meal 2 - 4 eggs and 1 cup oatmeal or Naked Green Machine

Sorry for getting a late start on this but this has been a crazy week. This new cycle I will be running 500 mg test cyp/ week, and mc's IGF1-LR3 at 60mcgs/ day mon-fri on workout days and taking sat and sun off. Plan to run the IGF for 6 weeks, and possibly adding in equi and tren in this cycle...
Start it once you start your cycle. As your test levels rise, so will your estrogen. Keeping it at bay will help with a lot of things, including keeping your bodyfat down and mood swings.

I have always used the formula for RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) not sure if that is different from BMR, but can be found in Arnold's Encyclopedia for bodybuilding.
RMR = lean body mass/ 22.205 x 30.4
Lean body mass is bodyweight minus bodyfat...Would be interested to compare the 2 and see how...
