I usually keep a protein shake in the fridge mixed with lots of ice and down it if I get up to the toilet in the middle of the night rather than trying to eat something while half asleep.
Totally understand bro, glad to see you have an objective view on it. Definitely going to give it a go as I have read so much positive info on it and hey you look pretty damn big and still healthy from your pics so it mustn't be doing you much harm.

I am aware of the enlarging of the heart with AS and think it is a relatively small risk until you go to megadoses, is it similar with IGF? Basically to the positive effects of IGF make it worth the risk, bearing in mind that I have a sensible approach to drug use but still want to get bigger...

Elmo, you don't need to worry about restricting your sodium intake too much when cutting its really only during the final week of a contest diet that this is important. If you are ating clean you won't be taking in huge quantities of sodium anyway and if you are financially stretched then tuna...

I have found that frontloading gives me a terrible test flu, I have been told that this is due to the shock the immune system gets by too much of one hormone too quickly, don't understand the science. You will get far better gains if you just wait for the cycle to really kick in after 3-4 weeks...
