I have been kinda low on carbs on this run maybe 150,gr a day no salt using Arami @1 eod I went up 9# in December then stoped GAINS on scale but I.get thicker and stronger no cardio now but I.hit gym 2x a day I got a little fluff on lower and but still got a 6 pack
I Am doing 2 potatoes of espresso + 1_2 viverin as a pre and on chest day I pin 75 mg tren base 25 prop I'm running 400 mg test+ 300mg deca every 4 days with prop 50 eod 50 mg Tbol ed it's amazing the scale dosent go up that much but I'm so dense and hard @ 51 I make the young guy's cringe
Lmao I feel your pain I take chicken Brest and thigh grind it with onions peppers garlic chapotli peppers make patties and fry in the pan tastes way better do the same without pork loin eating sucks
