    Do ur pushups like ur benching, elbows go out to the sides. Do regular pushups, narrow, and wide. Works great.

    Forearm soreness

    I get the same problem, it's just b/c of the full extension which causes pain in the forearms. I don't know what to say except lay off the barbell curls for a while till the forearm soreness goes away.
