We all have different tolerances and I have a feeling you may be a slow processor of caffeine. I think I am a medium to high processor. The one thing I don't do is ad naringin to this combo or it really prolongs the effect.
I just stick with Walmart caffeine tablets. 200mg 3x a day with my EY stack for 6 months. I then go off all stims for 6 months, I figure long term use of anything that is stimulating can't be that good for you.
