I would try to stay away from your cortico steroids (Cortizone - Prednisone) as they are catabolic to your muscles. I have done alot of reading on them as I have HAD to take Prednisone for my back. But if you need them, you need them as they will take the pain away.

I have never done that concentration before no. Do you think a guy would be better off mixing it with Equipose or just take it alone (I took it with 200mg/QV Cyp). I guess for that matter it could have been the Cyp but I doubt it.
