    I’ve taken a long hiatus from IGF. Before I couldn’t stay off of it. Looking forward to getting back on it. No matter how low my calories/carbs were the pumps remained. Fullnes..vascularity and lean out without looking skinny.

    Today marks week 2 on everything. Felt pretty good. Felt like I could lift for hours. Had to make myself leave. Still no "holy shit" moments. Has anyone felt the need to up the dosage on this? I don't necessarily plan on it, just curious is anyone has tried it.

    I typically only do that for arm day. If I don't get enough carbs I def have hypo issues. I probably PR'd my weighted dips however most of the weight were chains so the exact amount is inconsistent.
