IGF (80mcg in each bi and tri/320mcg total)
Had about 60 grams of fast/slow carbs 90 minutes before with a intra shake of 30 HCBD carbs.
Pump was ridiculous!!! I wish I would've measured my arms before and during. Veins everywhere...

Day 3 of everything. I hit back yesterday and legs today. Everything felt pretty good.
Felt real strong on some of my pulls for back day. Leg day was lighter, so basically me just panting a lot and trying not to pass out.
