After reading a lot about orals lately, I've started seeing more and more posts about liver toxicity. I understand every oral is different and some are more harsh than others.....but.....Is liver toxicity from orals over exagerrated? I know it's better to be safe then sorry and over prepare...
Agreed. Everytime I hear the word shock refered to in weight training I think of Dodgeball where the guy is like, "I'm wailing on the glutes, gonna shock the biceps later."
The only training partner that stuck with me was my old roomate. He wasn't as strong as I was but he would talk shit like he was...which helped me get after it. Also helped motivate me on days I didn't feel like doing anything. He was there to build my ego up when needed and also to smash it...
YES...There is non-functional training, which is, the other training styles. I use and combine all types of training when I train people. There are plenty of clients at my gym that can easily workout by themselves and have for a while who are in great shape. But still approach us asking for...
There aren't functional muscles, it's functional training. As for the bands, powerlifters and professional athletes use bands along with chains to improve explosion and power. "Functional training involves movements that are specific — in terms of mechanics, coordination and/or energetics — to...
It's called progressing a client. A good trainer will know when a client is ready to perform those kind of exercises. Not everyone wants to lift "like bodybuilders." They just want to improve the things they do in everday life. I use traditional and functional exercises with my clients...
Saud I'm with you. As long as my weights are progressing I'm happy with my workout. It does feel good to be sore time to time. Legs get sore no matter what I do. Bi's are my hardest.
Kinda part of my question. I'm not talking long or loaded cycles here, anyway...so yes, you would change your training routine if needed during a cycle?
Does anyone change their training routines mid-cycle? Beneficial or not? I usually change routines when I've plateaud. I would assume taking supplements will keep you from hitting a plateau. I understand based on goals is how you choose your routine. But considering recovery would be...
I completely understand what most of you are saying. However I am a trainer at a big corporate gym but not the type to approach people and give them free workouts, especially if they look they know what they are doing. The whole idea with the Bosu and Stability balls is geared more towards...
I'm not for or against HRT... If I do need it then I'll take it. I just don't have health insurance right now. I would love to feel how I was before when my levels were fine. I just didn't know if taking an aromasin right now would do any good or not.
Just bumpin this up for some expd bros. Would taking the aromasin at this point help at all? or am I better off waiting it out till my next blood test? Thanks.
