Most pre workouts under dose citrulline by a long shot. Definitely great for pumps at a proper dose.

I would recommend at least taking 200mg a day personally I take 400mg .

Thats shocking lol. I didn't even know what it was until a friend mentioned it to me. Look to good to be true but, I can honestly say it helps out. I even have another mate taking it as well who is on the force. Its great because its not something that is banned in NCAA or police tests.

Nitraflex is definitely a great pre. Currently using Mesomorph but, ESP Extreme and Dust X are a couple of other ones that I really liked.

I do not understand why Laxogenin always got a bad rep on other forums. I have taken it before and say it definitely works for me especially at 400mg. I was hungry all day haha. Quick Recovery and Strength increase as well.
