I use ashwaganda regularly for cortisol optimization as well.
Will try 5g a day with my PCT and see how it works at higher dose

Used Glucophage 1000 few months back.
Once a day after big carb meal.
I've noticed:
• Better pumps in the gym
• Ugly green stuff coming out of my rear end accompanied with horrible smell
• no significant weight loss
Next time I'll bump it up the dose and see what happens!
