    Would it be counter productive to use metformin during a clean bulk? My idea was to use it to maximize carb shuttling to muscles and at the same time minimize fat accumulation from too many carbs. Would this work for me?

    Regular oral b12 is not good at all, but methyl b12 is on another level. In fact oral methyl b12 is better than injectable regular b12.
