Gear is all long esters so I’m just doing 2 times a week currently. I prefer e3d but I’m trying this out on this cycle. So Monday and Thursday currently.

Yeah man, this is getting good guys. Had to rest yesterday. I pasted out at 9pm like a rock. Woke up at 11pm and was lost as hell, couldn’t find the damn bathroom in my hotel room lol. So I guess you could say I needed that.

Worked on a metal roof all day, very hot but I was able to keep water in me so I believe my Energy levels didn’t suffer. But had a tough time getting all the cals in.
