I’ve heard both ways are good but in the fatty tissue I believe you get more effect. I know is more steady with oils but with water it’s about absorption. I’ve done HCG and HGH both ways and didn’t really see much of a difference other than dealing with needle size. I’m sure there’s a study on...
Just arms today. Feeling much better today and was able to get a good solid lift in. Took some sleeping aid last night and I slept pretty good.

Today wasn’t the best day for lifting. Energy very low due to lack of sleep but because I have to....I did. Working nights can really take its toll on you. Couldn’t sleep last night so really hoping to be back to normal tomorrow.

Using HCG while off cycle does not recover you natural test. It will appear As so but once you stop hcg then you’re back to “start up mode”. All the hcg does is two things.
While on : it keeps the liyding cells in idle so start up is faster and smooth
While in PCT :timing is so very important...
