    Maybe change up how you do them...check out the vids of how "mountaindogg" does his...it is absolutly killer..I had to go a bit lighter when I started doing them this way and my development has been much better too.

The best is the 150lbs kids that ask about diet and PWO nutrition and how to put weight on and I tell them how many carbs I take in PWO..then they tell me that "there trainer told them carbs are bad for you" so they'll stick...
