    It defiantly helps to make the abs a bit bigger...one of the big asthetic benefits is that you can have visible abs at a higher bf% than someone who doesnt...also makes them look more chisled when you are dieted down. Win, Win...I agree it sucks training them but like anything else just get it...

    No more Tuna!

    In the same boat too...just got sick of it..I can eat it every so often though now.. I replaced it with canned chix breast from BJs..cheaper than tuna...more protein per ounce and it taste great..I mix it with low fat mayo and some fruit, like apples or grapes..awesome.
