I have used HGH in the past for recovery reasons...shoulder and a distal bicep rupture. Ran it for 30 days during recovery at low dose and WOW. Only draw back is the price. PSL is offering HGH at a great price. Even if you don't use it for body building I recommend it for recovery purposes.
I am looking to mix things up a little and try different types of rice with my meals. Just to change things up a bit. Sort of falling into the same old same old routine and it is making it hard to stick to the lean bulking diet. Any rice based changes would be great..types of rice or flavoring tips.

Good luck and Welcome. The only people I know on gear year round is...me and a few buddies at work. It is not to get our pro card or anything it's cause we are in your late 40s and early 50s and natural test and HGH is way low. I know a few guys that compete and none of them stay on year long...
I switched over to the 2pm-10pm from the 6am-2pm shift because I took a promotion to Sargent. So I have to go to the gym in the AM now. I start this program tomorrow (Monday) gonna run it Mon-Fri with weekends off.
