well..did my first shot.20mcg for each biceps,and i found that 20mcg is really little amount to measure up,when you try to push the bubble out and you will push out all the igf easily,then i loaded some b-12 after igf.if doing so,you won't waste the igf.that is my experience of igf,i think...
