5'9", 175lbs, 8.5% bf. I'd like to get the bodyfat down a little more. I actually just started a ketogenic diet a few days ago, it's the fastest and most effective for me. I'd also like to keep gaining lean mass over the summer of course.

Yes, I'm a terrible caffeine addict, but I'm trying hard right now to kick it. I usually use the energy drinks to be my best at work and stick with the NO Explode (which also has caffeine) for pre-workout. I've been known to drink 3 or 4 of the 16 ounce cans in a day. I also love esspresso...
