I decided to go with Pro Tan for my competition color. Is one bottle enough? Do I need bikini bite to hold my posing suit in place? What do you recommend for my face? Just a bronzer or Pro Tan that too? This is my first time and I really don't know much about this stuff yet.

Yes it will still be sterile, but the needle will be dulled. It's best to draw with one then replace it and inject with a new one.

Re: drop shakes What is it about the shakes that makes you hold water? Would a lower sodium protein powder be acceptable? I hate to give up the shakes too soon because they're so damn convenient, quick and easy.

Kelly Ryan who's Craig Titus' wife is smokin'. Lee Priest's wife Cathy is... not. Personally I'd rather have a fitness chick than a bodybuilder chick although there are some pros that I think still look good. Valetina Chepiga is one. What do you think?
