    2 exercises per workout , 1 workout set using rest pause for each ,around 15 rep range totally on the working set, just do scott curls and reverse curls or incline curls and hammer curls .

    shrunk nuts . some hairloss . yep , definitely empty wallet :D lots of mood swings (this is the worst side for me ) . besides that , nothing really , my blood tests are all very much within normal range .

    highest ive done is 1 amp ed of test enanthate , but this was a short cycle , 4 weeks one . but generally i avoid using over 1000-1200 mgs of gear( like test +deca +oral steroid dose <1200 mg per week ) .

    first of all , i think what u have is fine , the prop 100 mg eod , but just use a little more eq, around 400 mg or 500 mg . and femera dose , around 2.5 mg eod is enough , but i think the proviron is ok with the lower doses ure running .
