    actually , if u are going to use clen , then t3 supplementation alongside becomes almost a necessity as endo t3 levels go down pretty badly when using clen , where as using ephedrne keeps up t3 levels , so u'll be able to stay off t3 for a while and use it towards the end as an extra thing to do...

    dont believe in going above 10 % while bulking , basically start off at around 5-6 % bf , totally depleted to get a rebound effect so to speak ... when u get to around 9-10 % , stay there for a while and get back to where u were and then go again ... thats what i have done for the past 2 yrs .

    calf training

    once a week : standing calf raises 4 sets - around 12 -15 reps , last set rest paused , go as heavy as possible here . then 2 sets of donkey raises , have a 200 lb person sit on me and basically rep out to failure . and i have calves which are close to 18 inches ... no complaints here as yet :) .

    right now , i am using a 40 % whey , 30 % caseinate , 15 % egg and 15 % soy combo , i feel thats a pretty decent combo to go with ..
