Try this:
Instead of doing your normal workout for a given muscle / muscle group, try this.
This is most easily done on a machine and should be done where you have a spotter, some safety bars, or an safe way to drop the weight if necessary
Pick one exercise.
-Find a weight you can do a 6-8...
If you could only choose between the options below, which would it be:
1.) Shredded at 5% BF all the time, but could never get over 180lb (or slightly more if you're tall).
2.) HUGE and muscular at 300lb but you could never get under ~18%BF.
3.) Neither - I'll take my genetics and do with 'em...

Taking in most of mine mid-day, and outside of 'slin windows. Its variable, though - as low as 30-40g (midday) to whatever is in 4 double hamburgers from McD's.
