    you're a big mofo, so you require much more maintenance calories than the rest of us (or those of us around the 210-215 range anyway) I cut my calories, add cardio to early morning and post workout, maintain protein, reduce carbs and fat, take almost all simple sugars where possible zig zag...

    I think it is totally possible to stay "relatively" the same bf% when bulking. Everyone says to eat anything and everything, but if you were to keep it fairly clean and not cut out cardio; it is definitely doable.
