Assuming that you want 40 gms of protein per serving, you would divide that batch up 6 ways: Each bar would have
520 cals
40 gms protein
21 gms of fat
45 gms of carbs
21 gms of sugar....
A little high in the sugar and fat department for me..... but I bet they taste good :-)
