Well here is my take on all of this. I did 100mgTren and 100mg of Prop.EOD..50mg of T-3 ED for 10 weeks. Did 45min of cardio 6 days a week and trained pretty heavy. I kept my calories low...2800. Only around 300-350g of protein per day. I gained 10lbs of bodyweight and dropped my BF almost 4%...

Elmo...did you start with prop or end with it. If you ended with Enanthate then you should start Clomid NOW....If you ended with Prop only you should have started 2days after your last inject....if you ended with both...you should start NOW....pretty much start NOW.....lol............456
