Been biking for 1-2 hrs per run 5 d/wk and run 10 miles per week. Im just learning how to swim.
J/K havent figured out my distance in swimming per run. Go for about 30-40 min then I get bored.
BTW, Poopoo, I know I gave you lots of grief about the old avatar, but believe it or not I actually miss it. Your new one is helping me get over that though
