Came back from the heart doc,said nothing serious,think he said there was some leakage or something but nothing serious and that every other person has it,and i think he also said something about a murmur but very little and its unnoticeable and i shouldn;t worry about it unless i notice chest...

going tommorow,got the reports back from echocardiogram....

Guys just wondering if one has a irregular heart beat or heart murmor(SPELLING BAD) would it still be wise to cycle,even at a lower dose than one has attempted? not sure whats going on but i bet its the coffee i been drinking 3-4cups a day sometimes a extra like a large from dunkin donuts,so...

what size needle are good for drawing from vials such as test vials,eq vials? i heard 18g can be bad cause once it goes through the rubber,lil rubber breaks apart and u can inject yourself with it?

what kind of syringe and where can i get it that allows me to read 1/4 cc 1/8 easily ,i want to be accurate on the dosing of liquidex,thx

what are good choices of carbs to eat ? -oatmeal -wholewheatbread/bagel -rye bread -brown rice -sweet potatoe -regular potatoe anything else? can i drink milk during a bulk cycle as well? any other carbs i missed?

Goals is to putt MASS on ,while keep bf% and fat minimal like maybe 1-2% increase in fat......i know diet is #1 goal so i gotta keep it clean as possible
