I always try and stay lean. I use Clen and EPH to help burn up the fat.
5 miles running 4 times per week and clean diet is the key.
Cardio and diet will get you there!
The slight anabolic effect subsides after only about 18 days. Fat burning effects for 4-6 weeks.
I use it for 2 weeks then break for two. I also use EPH at the same time and the fat comes right off.
