Sorry guys... I been on test prop 600mg/week, IGF 100mcg/workout days only/ 3-4 days and just got done with 50mg proviron ED a week ago. I added MC Ligadrol this week and like what I see so far.
I never have a problem and do not count my post workout carbs by grams. I just fill a bowl of kids cereal guess its around 2-2 1/2 cups? Most days thats my only carb meal and I stay around 100mcg. Sorry I don't give insulin advice bro.
Just remember adding more is not the answer with IGF. I think down regulation is possible when people treat it like AAS and keep adding more because they think it stops working.
